The goal is the building as envisioned by the designer with all parties engaging with this as a goal and having the information required available.
Our vision is to ensure that everybody in the building process can get the information they need, when they need it, and in a form that they can use.

We have had to innovate to create Bisco and it is one of our fundamental building blocks to continue to innovative. Partly because we love solving challenges but also because we realise that we must to this to stay ahead of the competition in an ever-changing world.
Simple to use
Building is a complex process and it is our vision to develop tools to make it easier and more efficient. While we can't remove the underlying complexity, our experience with software in the building industry has shown that a key to success is making the system easy for users to do their jobs and this is our goal.

We care about the environment
Estimates show that around 10% of construction is waste, this consumes additional resources to produce and much of this ends in land fills. We want to use technology to reduce waste.
We operate a virtual office where our team can work from home a couple of days a week. This saves them spending time stuck in the Auckland traffic and releases less carbon into the atmosphere
