The main features of our Job Cost module are:
Budgets - Create budgets manually, from tasks in a project plan, from a quote, or from a 3D CAD model.
Actual Costs - Capture the costs as you incur them so that you can track your progress against the budget. We can help you capture costs from time sheets, purchase orders, or directly from supplier invoices.
If you want to, the system can automatically link these costs to the building element allowing you to understand exactly where your costs are going.
Invoicing - Create invoices from the budget or from actual costs (for time and materials). Invoice complete phases as one line or create detailed invoices with every item.
Accruals - We know how hard it is to understand your likely profitability during a project as it is hard to know if you have all of the costs expected to that point. Our innovative accrual function makes it easy to manage this giving you the best possible view of your progressive profitability at any stage.
