TCDC Inspection Process Overview
The main difference with how biscoPro is implemented at TCDC is that the primary data sources are Pathway and Dataworks.
Pathways is the primary data source providing the details of the the properties, consents, inspection schedule, and inspection bookings. biscoPro looks after the details of the inspections and returns the results to Pathway.
Data Works is the primary source for consent and property related documents. biscoPro creates Site Instruction Notices and Photo Summary documents that are loaded into Data Works.
Therefore much of the information in biscoPro is set as read only to ensure it remains aligned to Pathway.
