Main Form
The main components of the main form are the Button Bar at the top, the Primary Navigator, the tree in the top left, and the Secondary Navigator on the bottom right shows the records for the selected node.
You can sort and search in the grid our right click for more options.
Note: Because the primary navigator is data driven it can be configured to suit your business so yours may look different for this but it has much the same features.
Desktop
You desktop will open automatically showing the inspections booked for you and any work that you have done.
You can view another users desktop by dropping down the My Desktop button then selecting a contact from the list.
FileStore and Library
The FileStore and Library tabs allow you to store and share documents. The FileStore is a personal document storeage location where you can keep documents in to the office but access them when offline. The Library is a shared office document store where you can hold documents to share accross the office.
To make a single document available offline use the Make Available offline option, to make the entire FileStore available offline right click on the root node and select Subsriptions then add yourself as a subscriber.
