biscoPro uses grids extensively to display information. We have built a lot of advanced features into these to allow you to "tweak" them to suit your needs.
A very useful feature is the search box. Enter a value into this (no spaces) and press enter to step through each matching item in the grid.
Some grids have a simple filter option. This allows you to drop down a list of values and it will filter the grid to the matching values. Selecting "All"restores all values.
You can change what you see in the grid. Clicking on the little grid symbol allows you to show or hide columns.
Next to this is the drop down list of grid functions.
Export to Excel - sends the grid data to an Excel Spreadsheet
Info - explains the grid colours
AutoAdust - turns the auto column width on or off. When off you can set your own widths.
Reload Grid - reloads the grid from the database.
Export to CSV - saves the grid data as a CSV file.
Load Inactive Items - loads items that have an inactive workflow status.
