Logging In
Before you can log in your system administrator will need to create a username and set a password for you.

The system automatically works out what is the best method for you to connect by using this priority:

Network WAN first

then try to get an Internet Connection

then try to connect to a local server,
-
lastly it will go to Offline mode.
What can go wrong:
If your client cannot detect a server it will wait for a bit then go back to the main form and you'll have to try again. If this is happening it could mean:

You don't have a network or internet connection to the server

The biscoPro server application isn't running
-
Your client is not set up to run in Offline mode.
If you can't resolve these issues talk to your system administrator.
Your client and server are different versions. Depending on how different the versions are you might be able to login but you should update to the current version if you can.
