Searching for Information
It is no good storing information if you can't easily locate it so we have added a number of ways of locating or searching for information within biscoPro.
Search Form
Pressing the Search button on the Main Form brings up the Search form which allows you to search for data or documents across the system.
Grid Searching
When you are presented with information in a grid every grid has a Search field. This allows you to enter a value then when you press enter the function will step to the first matching item. Pressing again will step to the next matching item.
The values are not case senstive, will give a partial word match, but does't work with multiple words (you can't use a space).
Grid Filtering
If a grid has a yellow bar above the grid then it has filtering available. This creates a filter list from the values within a grid allowing you to apply one or more filters to the grid. When you apply a filter it hides any rows that don't match. You can restore the hidden rows by selecting the All option in the list.
