Documentation Required
Often supporting documentation is required with an inspection to provide supporting evidence or other key information. biscoPro allows the inspector to note the required documentation and if has been received or not.
We achieve this by having a special Inspection Item called Documentation Required. If documents are required enter a list of the documents into the Notes field. You can use the Std Notes button for a list of common documents.
If you have received the documents click Pass, if not click Deferred. (Deferring the item will mean that the documents will have to be provided before the final inspection can be completed.)
If there are no required documents click N/A.
The Final Inspection Pending report lists all outstanding documents that are required but not received.
