Final Inspections
The important step in biscoPro in preparing for the final inspection is actually the inspection before - the penultimate inspection.
The purpose of the final inspection is to ensure that everything in the project has been completed to the requirements of the consent conditions. This includes checking that any remaining deferred items from previous inspections are finished and any that required documentation is provided.
This often requires the client to prepare information to ensure that they are ready for the final inspection so it makes sense to advise the client what they need to prepare to ensure a successful outcome.
To facilitate this biscoPro allows you to pick the next inspection from a list of inspections to be completed. (Of course, if the next inspection is a final inspection it should be the only inspection left in the list.)\
The Inspection Final Report shows all projects (consents) that have the next inspection being a final inspection (codes 426, 427, 428, or 429).
The Required Documents report allows you to see the required documents showing which have been received and those that are still outstanding. Providing this report to the client will assist them to ensure a successful inspection outcome.
