Working with Items

biscoPro uses the generic term items for the database representations of materials, products, services, labour, inspection activies etc.

An item has a code, name and is categories in a variety of ways for use across the system.

Produce or service related items can have cost and sell prices and a unit of measure.

We also hold specification or document clauses as a special form of item that uses a word processor like user interface for editing.
